Two years it took me to understand one basic simple thing:
IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH A LOCAL NORTH-EUROPEAN. PERIOD.
It can’t get any simpler than that.
I remember when I broke up with K, who is Finnish, I had hard time understanding how she could be constantly busy etc etc. I remember her telling me that for two or three weeks she didn’t find time to talk to me over Skype.
Today, I understand a bit better.
Even if I have met LOTS of people in France and here in Belgium, I am still surprised everytime I realize how they manage their lives.
The have this big (or small) book called AGENDA aka Organiser and they plan the minor thing.
“hey random Belgian 22 year old girl – wanna meet?”
“Well let me look at my Organiser. Ah yes, indeed, I can clearly see there is some small gap for you between 20:00 and 22:00 on the 15th of August. See you then?”

Geezus – their lives suck up there don’t they ? I mean these people must be sooo depressed.
Does this explain all the alcohol?
And as for me : I am troubled. I know I can keep on banging like a horny rabbit all foreign / intern / erasmus / whatever chick I can get, but how far can that go ?
Clearly, it is for everyone’s best interest, if I don’t create a family with one of these chicks aforementioned.
I have to try to filter the nationalities a bit – I am not saying I ll close the door to any girl coming from Belgium for example, but I should target somewhere else.
Eastern Europe? but more like Poland?
Or maybe what if the Germans are different? What about the Americans?
And even if my passion, my dream for the mighty SCANDINAVIAN blonde is still burning, I don’t think it will ever be good for the longterm.
Ah, we’ll have to see.
If you’re wondering what happened today, I got no serious news. I went out but did not score (what a shame!) (no cuties around), and the Latvian girl texted me to go to her place and.. do her. I am so tired that this was not an option.
