The above video doesn’t have anything to do with the text following, it just happens it’s my #1 favorite video since I discovered it. Of course you would think wtf is that. Some real old-sounding-music with a guy-speaking-on-top and some really wasted people. Oh, kids. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to explain at this post! If you only knew! (for the one’s who want to stay on top of musical things, a subgenre of the music played on the video, called DUBSTEP is getting hotter and hotter in the Dance music’s homeland – the U.K.) (possible Third Summer Of Love? hope so.)

“WHAT UP” ?? Keeps saying Barney in what maybe seems to be the most popular US sitcom lately.
The birthday month March kicked in really sweet, thing that seems to be the norm for the last.. I don’t know, 8 years. Is it the spring? Is it the star signs? No clue. But it works.
OK, the job research is not going THAT well, but recently I got two positive replies, both from big companies one in Czech and the other one in Switzerland. Given that fact that I’m applying really early, there is still hope ahead that I don’t end up as a waitor in one of Aix’s cafe’s. Scandinavian countries give nothing but negative results, mostly cause of the language restriction. The financial crisis of course comes to play too.
Although the return to class on late February may signaled a more “disciplined” schedule, we had (and still having) time to have some fun! Of course the hard stuff are not here yet, the homework, the examinations, the 5-days-of-class-weeks ( 09:00 – 16:30 sounds more than a job than studying a frickin Master for me, but anyway.) But we’ll deal with that when it’s time.
It’s been a week or two the weather is wonderful. The sun is shining, the temperature reaches like 25 C, and the nearby Parc Jourdan is filled with people all day long. For my Greek friends reading this, I know that laying on the parc sounds a bit “touristic” for our Athenian habbits, but it’s pretty common in other countries, I suppose judging from what I see and hear. (of course, maybe it’s cause they actually HAVE PARCS.) (don’t get me started..). So yes, I proudly say: I lay down on the parc too! (I’m storing some sun in case I move to the north!!)
One of the reasons I’m having fun, except the great weather and the use of alcohol (ooops), is the people I hang out with after January, which are mostly coming from the cold north! ( Suprisingly, for those like me who take Stereotypes into account) their hearts are warmer than many people think! So, to sum up : Skååååååål !! (thank’s guys)
As the time of leaving Aix gets closer (if everything goes according to schedule) I must say I am a bit sad. Of course I try not to think about it, since a new start is waiting somewhere else, but leaving the city symbolizes the end of a lifestyle. And the goodbye to many many people I met and who some I consider as friends. Some things still annoy me to the city, as the extremely snobish local people (@Greek people: I have the Impression of being in Kolonaki or Kefalari all the time, I mean even the cleaning ladies have Longchamp bags) , I still find it as an easy-living-small-cute-clean city.
And now to what will be the year’s most important happening. My.. 26th birthday in 13 days. Shit. It’s true. Don’t freak out – Don’t freak out – Don’t freak out – Don’t freak out … One step closer to the magic number! Closer to the 30′s than to the 20′s. SHIT. This time though, unlike last year, I’m quite more satisfied with myself. If I had any 2008-birthday resolutions, they’re all more than “done”. So what next? I still have some time to think about the next targets. And what about my birthday-day-celebration? Well, I don’t know yet if and when I’ll throw a party. And like every year, no surprise-party in sight! :/
